Agenda

KHAMP I Virtual is 2 sessions as listed above.  You must attend all sessions to complete KHAMP I training and receive CME credit.  We will take roll at the beginning and end of each session in order to provide CME credit.  You will receive your certificate of attendance via email or with your binder at the conclusion of training.  Please be sure to review and update your email if needed and make sure that you register with the name you need your CME/credit awarded under. We will also be posting educational materials on the website prior to the training and will physically mail your KHAMP I binder to you at the conclusion of the training.


NOTE:  This is mandatory training for providers to become a KHAMP Scholars.   You will be required to attend KHAMP II at a later date for more important training for testing/treatment of Hepatitis C.

We will have sponsor highlights at break times, but it is not part of the CME portion of the training, it will be in a separate room from the training. Also at the end of the program, the sponsors will have links for you to hear from their speakers (also not included

The Southern Kentucky Area Health Education Center is accredited by the Kentucky Medical Association (KMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

The Southern Kentucky AHEC designates this live activity for a maximum of (one and seven and one-half (7.5) credits) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).™     Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
